Get intelligent analysis of your entries and tags. Logling’s AI can identify patterns and trends in your data to help you understand your habits and progress. Standard accounts include 3 free AI insights per month, while Pro includes a much larger monthly AI allowance.

Tailored AI Personalities

Use tailored AI personalities to analyze your data from different angles, from structured thinking to more exploratory perspectives.

Upload Assets

Add images to your entries so screenshots, photos, and other visual context live alongside the rest of your data.

How to Upgrade

1. Sign in to your Logling account
2. Go to Settings or visit the Upgrade page
3. Click the Upgrade to Pro button
4. Complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout
5. Enjoy your Pro features immediately!

Managing Your Subscription

Once you’re a Pro member, you can manage your subscription from the Settings page:

• Update payment method: Change your credit card or payment details
• View billing history: See past invoices and payments
• Cancel subscription: End your Pro membership (you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period)

To access these options, click Manage Subscription on your Settings page. This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can make changes.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your Pro subscription:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan
4. Confirm the cancellation

After canceling:

• You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will automatically revert to the Standard tier
• All your data remains safe and accessible
• You can re-subscribe at any time

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always safe. If you downgrade from Pro to Standard, you’ll still have access to all your entries, tags, and existing uploaded images. You’ll lose access to Pro-only features like tailored AI personalities, extra AI capacity, and uploading new images.

Can I get a refund?

Please contact support if you have billing concerns. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Stripe to process all payments. Your card details are never stored on Logling servers - they’re handled securely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

When does my subscription renew?

Subscriptions renew on the cadence of your plan. Monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans renew each year. You can view your next billing date in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Logling Pro offers both monthly and annual billing.
