Reset your password

If you forget your password, you can request a password reset email from Logling.

Request a reset link

1. Open the sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address for your account.
4. Submit the form.

If that email address belongs to a Logling account, Logling will send a password reset link.

Finish the reset

1. Open the password reset email.
2. Click the reset link.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Submit the form to save it.

Important details

• Password reset links expire after 1 hour.
• After a successful reset, Logling clears your existing sessions and asks you to sign in again.
• If the link is missing, invalid, or expired, request a new password reset email.

Good recovery habits

• Keep your account email address accessible.
• Add a passkey so you have another sign-in option later.
• If you use an authenticator app, keep your recovery codes in a safe place.
